Meet Dr. Erica

Dr Erica Manger Hamburger: Director/CEO

As a Momma of 3 children, born and raised in the South, New Orleans, Dr. Erica was raised with manners, respect, and kindness and has always had a connection with etiquette and manners. She learned it in school and beyond, and as she raises her my own children she realized, even more so, the importance of not just manners and etiquette, but empowering our youth with confidence and strength as they navigate our new world.

Having been a Holistic Family Doctor for 20+ years, she has loved helping families become their own health care advocates. Critical thinking is huge in our world today and this transcends into our children. It’s an important characteristic to have/need.

Dr. Erica was blessed to be able to teach Pre-nursing students Anatomy and Physiology and she knew immediately her passion for teaching runs deep! She loves being an educator all around and is so thrilled to be able to finally fulfill a passion and vision she has had for years, teaching our youth!!! And not just any teaching, but educating them on essentials for life and more… Manners, Etiquette, Emotional Intelligence, and Social Dance, are just a few of the amazing topics we will dive deep into with your children, in turn giving them the confidence to move mountains!!! “Join the Manners Movement”

Meet Mrs. Amanda

Mrs. Amandas Dlugos, M.Ed.: Instructor

Born and raised in the Midwest, Amanda has spent the past 20 years dedicated to education, storytelling, and supporting the well-being of children and families. She started her career in the classroom, where she quickly discovered her passion for helping students find confidence in learning. Since then, she’s worked with educators and communities to create more accessible and inclusive learning experiences, always with a deep belief that education should feel welcoming, inspiring, and full of possibility.

Amanda holds dual master’s degrees in Disability Services and Educational Leadership, which have shaped her passion for creating inclusive, supportive learning environments. She believes that every child deserves the tools and encouragement to thrive, and she’s spent her career helping make that a reality.

As a Midwesterner at heart and a mother to three adventurous boys, Amanda knows firsthand the magic (and mayhem!) of raising curious kids. Her home is filled with Legos, laughter, and plenty of lessons in patience. When she’s not cheering on the sidelines or helping with a science fair project, she’s likely reading, writing, or brainstorming ways to make learning more accessible for all.

She believes in the power of small moments—whether it’s a child lighting up with a new discovery, a teacher finding a fresh approach, or a quiet conversation that makes someone feel seen. Above all, she’s passionate about lifting others up, creating spaces where people feel supported, and reminding everyone (big and small) that learning is a lifelong adventure.
